What is the Cancellation Policy?
Please call us 48 hours to cancel your appointment. Your deposit will not be refunded without contacting us 48 hours prior to your appointment.
What Are Our Policies Regarding Scheduling and Refunds?
Please contact us if your going to be 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and a cancellation/no show fee will be charged.
All charges are non-refundable.
Why Is There A Deposit Required?
Non-refundable deposit of $100 is required in order to book and confirm every Microblading appointment. This is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment.
All deposits will go towards the treatment. Including touch-up session.
To reschedule your appointment, you must notify us 3 days prior to your appointment.
What Precaution Should Be Taken After Application?
You will be given Aftercare Instructions. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may cause excessive loss of pigment, discoloration, infection that leads to overall disappointing results. How your brows heal is partially up to YOU. Please follow instructions carefully. Like any cosmetic procedure, it’s a process.
